My Story
Krystle Rogers is a visionary leader whose career bridges business strategy, executive development, and DE&I innovation. Inspired by a family legacy of service and entrepreneurship, Krystle founded Martin Perry Consulting & Training in 2017 to help organizations advance equity and lead meaningful, lasting change. She later expanded her impact through Kinetic Coaching, a specialized arm of her firm devoted to empowering women executives and entrepreneurs through her own coaching framework. While rooted in Milwaukee, Krystle’s client reach spans nationally to cities such as Columbia, Houston, and San Antonio.
In addition to leading her own consulting firm, Krystle joined her mother, June Perry-Stevens, as Co-Owner of Best Ed in 2020. Drawing on her strategic and operational expertise, she has helped expand Best Ed’s national presence, forge purpose-driven partnerships, and maintain the company’s reputation for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions for work and learning environments.
Across every endeavor, Krystle brings a unique blend of strategic insight, clarity, and empathy—delivering thoughtful, high-quality service tailored to support growth, alignment, and inclusive leadership.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tennessee State University, a Master of Arts in Education from Alverno College, and a coaching certification from the Creative Results Management Coaching Mastery Program.
