Introduction

This case study explores the successful collaboration between Krystle Rogers, certified coach, and a Jennifer Johnson, attorney and current Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Jennifer was seeking to carve out a new position within her organization.

 

Through leadership and career coaching, Jennifer was able to strategize and navigate the process of advocating for her career advancement effectively.

Challenges
